Ingredients

250g frozen shrimp

1 red onion

½ cucumber

1 kiwi

5 radishes

5 cherry tomatoes

200g green lettuce leaves of choice

1 handful of dill

1 lemon

Directions

Step 1

Peel the shrimp and set aside in the fridge.

Step 2

Slice the red onion into thin wedges. Peel the kiwi and cut into thin slices together with the cucumber and radishes. Cut the tomatoes into halves and lemon into wedges.

Step 3 

Blend all the vegetables and the green leaves with the shrimp,  and sprinkle some lemon juice and olive oil on top before serving.
